Our new homes development of 9 new houses has recently been awarded design stage Code for sustainable Homes Level 4 on all 9 houses. The Code covers a wide range of design considerations; energy, water use, materials, surface water, waste and pollution, health and wellbeing, project and site management and ecology.
Achieving code level 4 means that we have surpassed current building regulations requirements in terms of energy as well as meeting the necessary criteria for all categories.
