It has been a good start to the year!
This month we have had three planning applications approved for small scale housing sites all within Mid Suffolk which had previously been discounted by the local authority.
All of the sites are positioned on land classified as countryside in the Local Plan. The applications have been able to demonstrate that the sites were all sufficiently close to local services and employment and all contributed towards the shortfall in designated housing land in Mid Suffolk.
Across three sites 15 houses have been granted permission.
