Woodlands Farm already had a number of agricultural buildings converted to industrial use, these included extending business and an independent garage had expanded sales and workshop.
Project Overview
The Mercedes garage had expanded to include second-hand sales and needed a suitable building in which to display the cars. An existing redundant agricultural building at the entrance to the site had been disused for a number of years and was ideally situated for this purpose. Planning approvals were granted to demolish the existing building and replace with a new modern showroom designed to complement the existing agricultural buildings in terms of its form and style
