Private House Extension
This project was to remodel part of the ground floor of an historic property in Suffolk to provide a ground floor bathroom and garden room, integrated with the existing kitchen of the property.
Project Overview
Additionally the interior was remodelled to form a utility room and enlarged living space. The design is sympathetic to the character of the existing building and the main structure and external envelope of the building were retained. The rear wall was replaced with a large amount of glazing to light the garden room and maximise the views across the open land to the rear of the property.
