Orange Triangle

New Build, Equal Access Family Home

This new build was in the grounds of an existing house owned by the client. He had proposed for a new 3 storey house for his grandson and carer to live with plenty of room and light but without it being obviously designed to have disabled access on all 3 levels.

Project Overview

The scheme included a 3 bay garage with storage areas and utilities on the lower ground level, a open plan living and dining area with open fire, study and kitchen on Upper ground level. Finally a spacious bedroom with easy access to the bathroom and small study and a separate set of bedrooms and bathrooms while connecting all three floors with a discrete and elegant lift through the centre of highly insulated timber frame building.
