Woodbridge Quay Church was built by Gipping Construction of Ipswich and was the extensive reordering and extension of the listed Baptist church, on a restrictive site to create new fellowship and community spaces, as well as working to produce a lighter more uplifting worship space.

Cherry Tree Close in Wortham is a new housing development comprising of 10 homes, including the restoration of an old ‘Ale House’ on the site. The new homes were built to a high level of environmental standards to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes level 4, incorporating air source heat pumps, solar thermal and solar PV, rainwater harvesting and heat recovery units.
