Brent Eleigh Hall:

WCP surveyors complete building survey for prospective purchaser of Brent Eleigh Hall, a time warp of a building which has been in the same family for over 50 years, and contained a fully functional chapel in the walled garden.

Tattersalls Ltd:

WCP have just completed condition surveys for Tattersalls Ltd of some of their listed buildings in Newmarket. Tattersalls were founded in 1766 & are ‘Europe’s Leading Bloodstock Auctioneer.’

Mangreen House:

WCP have been appointed to do the first phase of external repairs to the Mangreen Trust’s grade 2* listed property. The Mangreen Trust run a spiritual awareness centre on the outskirts of Norwich.

St John the Baptist, Spalding:

WCP and the PCC of St John the Baptist, Spalding have  submitted an application to Lincoln DAC for consent to undertake an exciting re-ordering scheme that once complete will transform the church as a whole and in particular the West End.

Bury St Edmunds:

Restoration work has just begun on a grade 2 listed property in the centre of Bury St Edmunds. The work comprises of recovering the roof and rebuilding the chimneys and parapet gutters. The work is being undertaken by G.J Bream of Bury St Edmunds.

Rural Conversion:

Work has just begun on site converting a 2 bedroom Victorian cottage into a 4 bedroom family home. These major alterations will double the size of the property and is being undertaken as a self-build project.
