We are delighted to have achieved planning consent for 15 new flats in Diss. These flats will provide valuable move on accommodation for Solo Housing Charity.

The application was approved following a detailed design and planning process with the client and various stakeholders, as well as an integrated and collaborative approach with South Norfolk District Council, allowing us to maximise development opportunity in a restricted location.

The development will also provide the full refurbishment of existing bedroom accommodation to allow for new kitchen and living spaces and new offices for the Charity.

Find out more about this project, which is a step forward in Solo Housing Charity’s ‘Green Agenda’, in this article.
